Stephen Fry measures up with Roshan at his hotel
Renowned British author, comedian, actor, and technology commentator Stephen Fry made a special visit to Hong Kong in July 2010 as a featured speaker at the prestigious HKTDC Hong Kong Book Fair. During the fair, he participated in a popular public forum titled “How and What and Why do Writers Write?” alongside fellow authors Frederick Forsyth and Andrew Roberts, moderated by Sir David Tang. Making the most of his time in the vibrant city and joining a long list of distinguished visitors, Fry book-ended his trip perfectly by visiting the legendary Sam’s Tailor. He arrived for an initial fitting upon landing in Hong Kong and returned before his departure to collect a brand new, expertly crafted bespoke suit, a quintessential Hong Kong experience.
