Charles B Rangel is the third longest serving member of US Congress, known for his charm and diplomacy, addressed as “Charlie” across capitol hill. He was decorated as a hero (with a Purple Heart, Bronze Star of Valour and three Battle Stars) for leading his company out of danger during the Korean war. He went on to serve in Congress, from 1971, a founding member of the Black Caucus, and the most senior Congressional member for New York. From one great city to another, Congressman Rangel came to Hong Kong to meet with Sam, decorating himself in the finest of tailoring service.
